Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst to develop Power BI reports, analyze complex datasets, and ensure data accuracy and security. You will gather and integrate data from multiple sources, automate data processes, and present insights in a user-friendly way to support decision-making.
Job Description
  • Develop and design Power Bl reports while ensuring data security and accessibility.
  • Confidently work with raw SQL data and existing datasets.
  • Gather and integrate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports, maintaining data security.
  • Present data in a user-friendly manner for non-technical stakeholders, transforming insights into actionable strategies.
  • Automate data transformation and loading processes to enhance efficiency and ensure data integrity.
  • Define data mapping and transformation rules for data migration, reconciliation, and integration tasks.
  • Analyze data to extract meaningful and relevant insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and resolve potential data quality issues.
  • Document processes and stay updated on technological advancements.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization to enhance user experience.
Job Requirement
  • Proven experience in creating Power Bl dashboards and reports.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • With experience in Python, R, and Scala programming languages
  • Strong understanding of data modeling techniques to achieve optimal datasets.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience handling large, complex datasets.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, delivering clear and actionable insights.
  • A background in business administration, project management, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • 3 years and above experience working as a Data Analyst.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
